Freelance hours no more..

No sooner than I complete my new look website, I land myself a new full time job! In order to concentrate and focus entirely on the new career, (and have a 'life' away from a computer screen) I am now not currently seeking any new freelance work.

The new job will be an exciting challenge, and something I am really looking forward to getting my teeth into. I will be working on front end design, usability, and training in new areas of a wide variety of internet solutions. I can't wait!

The new look for 2008!

As you can see, the website has taken on a new design for 2008. I have moved away from the dark grey background which became all to common in 2007 (example sites include onwired, 9rules and scorereviews) moving to a lighter layout, focusing more on white space, easy to read content and a homepage which becomes the news section.

Help put an end to whaling...?

WhalesRevenge is trying to get a million people to sign a petition to stop whaling. Its common knowledge the Japanese are not using the whales they kill for 'scientifc research' as they claim. But even so, is yet another petition going to stop it?

What I feel needs to happen is to target campaigns at Japan's youth, getting them thinking about what they are eating, and where it's coming from. Becasue ultimately, isn't it a case of supply and demand?

The site features a rather nifty, addictive flash game, which from what I could see, is the main purpose of the website!
